A current year membership in the Club is required to be eligible to participate in this annual high point awards program. The calendar period is November 1 through October 31. You must be a member of MHCWS prior to the first day of show to be eligible for a high point award. If you joined as an individual, only you are eligible. If you joined as a general membership, then each member of the immediate household is eligible.
Placings must be sent to the Open Show High Point Chairman within 30 days following the close of the competition or they will be forfeited. Placings for events held in October must be received by October 31st.
Show points must be submitted on an official form or duplicate thereof to be eligible. Persons submitting forms are responsible for their completeness and accuracy. Points might not be awarded if the submittals are found to be incomplete and/or incorrect.
Divisions included for points are: Western Pleasure, Hunt/English Pleasure, Walk/Trot, Showmanship/Halter, and Trail. Other divisions may be added depending on levels of participation.
Points will not be awarded for breed specific classes.
High point, and reserve high point awards will be given.
Points are recorded as outlined in the guidelines.
To participate in this award program simply download the MHCWS Open Show High Point Morgan Horse Award form, print it out, complete the form and mail it to the address shown on the form.
